ABOUT ME

My name is Victor Ferretiz, and I am a fine art artist born and raised in a small town of Tamaulipas in Mexico. I was raised by my grandmother until I moved to Dallas TX, USA. I started my artistic career as a profession after graduating from Rowlett High School in 2015. I recently graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts. Now I am working happily painting and bringing positive harmony into people's hearts with my works of art. My works of art are painted with oil and acrylic paints on stretched canvases of different sizes and styles, such as naturalism, surrealism, abstract, portrait homages of famous artists, and some contemporary art. My art style focuses more on flowers and beautiful birds like hummingbirds, toucans, macaws, and quetzals. Fruits are another part of my art series, such as watermelons, trees, and insects such as butterflies, dragonflies, and caterpillars. I enjoy painting landscapes, for example, sunrises, sunsets, swamps, and scenes of tornadoes and storms with mystical and magical forests. I also have a wide variety of prints of my original works for clients who need a smaller size than the original and at a price more adjustable to their budget. I also paint on wooden jewelry boxes with my original designs, handmade graphic t-shirts, hand-painted canvas handbags, and hand-painted brand-new jean jackets with striking designs (machine washable safe). All my designs are original and hand-painted with love, passion for art, and dedication.
